Reconcillio is a revolutionary approach to the auto-contouring
of medical images. It uses the Segasist Engine to create “Knowledge
Maps” for each expert user who works with the software.
Over time, the Knowledge Maps grow and converge toward a high

Segasist Engine 1.0
| The
Segasist Engine is the segmentation engine in the form
of a library that can be integrated within any existing software
system for research purposes. The engine will offer Dynamic
Link Libraries (DLLs) along with several utilities for calibration
and editing.
Segasist Engine will make cross-modality segmentation of
lesions and organs an easy task since it contains the core

Segasist Profero
Segasist Profero is an advanced auto-contouring suite that provides
a comprehensive set of functionalities for contouring any medical
image. It complies with DICOM and DICOM-RT standards, gives the
user the flexibility of accessing image data on the PACS servers,
provides diverse standard visualization and editing tools, and last
but not least, offers unrivaled new capabilities such as computational
consensus and real-time multi-contouring per slice.
The auto-contouring functionalities of Profero emerge from its
unique segmentation engine that learns from clinicians’ past
markings to delineate organs and lesions in a fast and accurate
fashion. Among others, the suite offers semi- and fully automated
segmentation, can detect tissue types, builds consensus contours
based on stored information, facilitates batch processing, and opens
the horizon for missing but urgently needed quality assurance procedures
to overcome the inter-observer variability.
In order to customize the technology for different needs, Segasist
Profero can be configured as desired offering four distinct packages:
